Please read these Terms carefully before using Seeker Arcade. By connecting your wallet or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Seeker Arcade. By using the platform you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your participation in skill-based gaming with cryptocurrency prizes is lawful where you reside. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of this platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Seeker Arcade is a skill-based gaming platform built on the Solana blockchain. Players purchase arcade passes, play mini-games, and compete on weekly leaderboards. The top-ranked players each week receive a proportional share of the prize pool, funded entirely by pass purchase fees collected that week.

3. Arcade Passes & Payments

  • Arcade passes (12-hour or 30-day) must be purchased to play.
  • Payments are made in SOL, USDC, or SKR tokens on the Solana blockchain.
  • A small platform fee is charged per transaction to cover on-chain costs. Fees are disclosed before confirmation.
  • All pass sales are final. No refunds are issued once a blockchain transaction is confirmed.
  • Unlimited Lives (5 days, 2,000 SKR) and 30-Day Passes are add-on products with no refund policy.

4. Prize Pool & Distribution

  • 100% of arcade pass fees collected each week form the weekly prize pool.
  • Prizes are distributed every Monday at 00:05 UTC for the prior week.
  • Distribution: 30% (1st), 20% (2nd), 10% (3rd), 40% split equally among ranks 4–20.
  • Players must manually claim prizes via the Withdraw button on their Profile page. Unclaimed prizes remain available but we reserve the right to expire unclaimed prizes after 90 days.
  • We reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of cheating, score manipulation, bot activity, or violation of these Terms.
  • Prize amounts depend on pool size and are not guaranteed. A pool with no eligible participants will be rolled over to the following week.

5. Fair Play

You agree to play Seeker Arcade fairly and not to:
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or submit scores.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for competitive advantage.
  • Manipulate transaction data or score submissions.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent pass requirements or claim multiple prize shares.
Violation of fair play rules will result in permanent account ban and forfeiture of any pending prizes.

6. Blockchain Risks

Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Network congestion, RPC outages, or wallet errors can cause transactions to fail. We are not liable for failed transactions, lost funds due to wallet mismanagement, or Solana network issues. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; we make no representation about the fiat value of any prize.

7. SKR Token

The SKR token is a utility token used within Seeker Arcade. We make no representations about its market value, liquidity, or future price. Holding SKR does not confer any ownership, equity, or governance rights in the platform or its operators.

8. Intellectual Property

All game code, artwork, graphics, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Seeker Arcade and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. See the License page for open-source attribution.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR THAT SCORES WILL BE RECORDED IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEKER ARCADE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Seeker Arcade shall not exceed the total amount you paid for arcade passes in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. We will update the Effective date above when changes are made.
