Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Seeker Arcade (“we”, “our”) is a skill-based Web3 gaming platform operated at seekerarcade.xyz. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used. Because Seeker Arcade is a blockchain application, no traditional account is created — your Solana wallet address is your identity.
2. Data We Collect
- Wallet address: Your public Solana wallet address, collected when you connect your wallet. This is public on-chain data.
- Game scores: Scores, session timestamps, and game results. Used for leaderboards and prize distribution.
- Profile data (optional): A username (max 20 characters) and profile avatar image you choose to upload. Avatars are stored in Supabase Storage and are publicly accessible via URL.
- Push notification subscription: If you opt in, we store a browser push subscription token (endpoint + encryption keys) linked to your wallet address. No personal information is required.
- Transaction signatures: On-chain Solana transaction signatures used to verify pass purchases and life packs. These are public blockchain data.
- Device/browser data: Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, government ID, or any off-chain personally identifiable information. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics SDKs, or sell your data to any party.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the game, record scores, and display leaderboards.
- To verify arcade pass and lives pack purchases on-chain.
- To distribute weekly prize payouts to winning wallet addresses.
- To send push notifications (only if you have opted in).
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except:
- Supabase — our database and storage provider (EU/US infrastructure). Data is processed under their Data Processing Agreement.
- Solana blockchain — all transactions are publicly recorded on-chain and cannot be deleted.
- Legal obligations — we may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.
6. Push Notifications
Push notifications are entirely opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time via your Profile page → Notifications toggle. Upon withdrawal, your subscription token is deleted from our database. We send up to 5 notifications per day.
7. Data Retention
Game scores and leaderboard records are retained indefinitely as part of the game history. Server logs are purged after 30 days. If you wish to have your profile data (username, avatar) removed, contact us at privacy@seekerarcade.xyz with your wallet address. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
8. Security
All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies. API routes are protected with server-side validation. We never store private keys on our servers — treasury operations are performed by a dedicated keypair held securely in our server environment.
9. Children
Seeker Arcade is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
